Team Construction rewards and recognizes our employees with a Safety Luncheon. We invite our customers and vendors so they get a first-hand view of our safety goals and achievements. On May 15th we had a guest speaker to come and share his amazing story about being buried alive in a trench, his name is Eric Giguere. Eric’s story is an amazing testimonial on just how fast a deadly situation can arise. He gives a moment by moment detail account on what it’s like to actually be buried alive and how his family was told by doctors that he may not live. Team Construction wanted every one of their employees to hear his story in hopes that they can see just how important it is to perform every job with safety as top priority. We value our employees and hope this had an impact on the way they perform their jobs. You can click on www.safetyawarenesssolutions.com to learn more about Eric’s amazing story.
